God appeared to Moses in Exodus 3:14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. By the way, the erroneous Bible version I grew up said I am Who am..

If you haven’t also noticed, there are many companies that are using the phrase “I Am”.. in the new age, one pronounces this phrase as identifying themselves as one with God. However, this “Christ consciousness” teaching is far from the truth, as Jesus stated in John 14:9 no man cometh to the Father but by me. Many false christs continue to spread as the mystery of iniquity Paul spoke of was at work in his day and is still at work today.

There is an organization today which started the same year Israel became a nation. They call themselves The W.H.O. They regard themselves as the saviours of our health. They promise us better health if we follow their orders and if humanity persists to obey.. perhaps one day, they will have a glimpse into our very DNA, our every move, and our every transaction,, how close to omniscience can they achieve? The technology is in place to reward us for the correct use of our bodies with the patent Bill Gates made this past year. Isn’t that curious? A reward for what is done in our bodies, by the W.H.O? Now, the antichrist will be another man who sits in the temple but there are many antichrists.

The patent tied to the bank account that will detect the movements of the body will likely reward obedience to the beast system. I much prefer to be rewarded in this body by the supreme God who lives in me, who shall change this vile body to be like his at his appearing. All flesh is as grass… but the word of God shall stand forever.

Dear friends, don’t fear persecution. This life is but a vapor. It will pass and we will enter eternity. Don’t we want to wear the glory of God? Our God is able to make all grace abound in us so that we can face what is to come and to stand🙏💕♥️

Jesus died a horrible death on the cross to pay for our sins.. not just so that we could be saved from Hell, but he rose for our justification and gave us his life! When we trust his work to accomplish what we could never achieve (perfect righteousness), we are saved and translated into God’s kingdom.

Thank God for his grace!!

The temple of God

Today, there is so much talk about how “we are all in this together”. There will come a day when the world will unite and will all have one mind as they did during the time of the Tower of Babel. The coming world system will bring every nation together and the world will be full of global citizens, ready to show their virtues by following the global new laws. These new laws will appear to be good and will appear to get rid of the “old system” that wasn’t working for us. The two party system we live in now will be replaced and there will only be one party and one law for the whole world to follow. They truly will be “All in it together”. In that time, there will be a temporary halt on the chaos we are seeing today and this, it will appear to The the beginning of things getting better.

Today, the temple of God are the people who are saved. There is no holy place on this earth, but our bodies are holy unto God. He has purchased those that are saved. We belong to him, and not the world.

The world system will seek to make us identify with our “world citizenship” and be a good, obedient citizen. Virtue will be seen by following the orders of this new government which will tell us what to fear and what to dread and they will have all the solutions for us. The old “national” governments will be done away as a selfish thing of the past. Borders will be seen as hate symbols.. religion other than the new religion of Mystery Babylon will be intolerated and seen as backwards. Those that expect Jesus Christ to come back for his second coming will be mocked. Science will continue to promote more falsehoods and philosophy will continue down it’s path of teaching contrary to the word of God.

Today, the body of Christ is the biggest target of Satan. After the rapture, the biggest target will be those that don’t “plug in” to the system that will boast about saving them. The same system that targets us today will increase their arsenal on those that they will target in the tribulation time.

If the body of Christ today is the residence of God today, wouldn’t it make sense for the enemy not only to target our minds with the usual techniques of discouragement and distraction from getting in God’s Word and sharing it, but what about changing our very DNA, if we are the residence of God today. If our DNA can be changed, then we can’t walk in the Spirit anymore. Our spiritual growth will be halted and we will no longer be able to work towards our heavenly rewards. The enemy hates the mystery truths of the dispensation of grace. He may even try to prevent the rapture, which can never be prevented, but as he is proud and deceived by his own pride, he may very well try! Perhaps this is why the end of the dispensation of grace is called “The evil day”? I don’t know for sure but as we see things that are being promoted to “keep us safe” from this new virus, we can see that there are methods being promoted of which we have never seen the like! Nanotechnology, chips, implants that will link us to a bank account, all patented and prepared for a future day..

I pray that those who see the things that are coming have the courage to withstand and keep their bodies as the temple of God no matter what persecution that may bring. God has promised us rewards for our faithfulness and he has purchased us and saved us from hell. We have his Spirit which will help us in every tribulation where we take a stand for his truth.

Grace and peace

Verses: 2 Thessalonians 2, 1 Corinthians 3:9-16, Romans 15:13, Ephesians 2:8-9, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, 2 Corinthians 9:6-8, Philippians 4:4-9

The Sword that divides asunder..

In 2 Timothy 2:15 notice the phrase Paul uses:

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, RIGHTLY DIVIDING the word of Truth.

The WORD OF TRUTH is IN the word of God and is a part of the word of God but that’s not what Paul is saying here. Paul wrote this verse in 2 Timothy 2:15 and it is also Paul who gives you the exact definition of the phrase, THE WORD OF TRUTH.

Notice these two verses:

Ephesians 1:12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.

Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard THE WORD OF TRUTH, THE GOSPEL OF YOUR SALVATION: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

Do you see how clear it is? He defines the phrase, “the word of truth” by saying that it is “the gospel of YOUR salvation.”

The point of all this being, that if your bible is very specific about the gospel of YOUR salvation, as in the case of the Ephesians, and people like you and I, then the issue is to RIGHTLY DIVIDE the gospel of YOUR salvation from other gospels, and there are others in the bible.

For instance, Peter told people to “repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.” (Acts 2:38). Continue reading the gospel of the kingdom references in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and you will see that Jesus has commanded them to be baptized and to repent and to endure to the end to be saved. They had a covenant relationship sothGod through the nation of Israel and were given commandments to follow as well as trusting in Jesus as their Messiah. They are not promised the same things as is as they will have an earthly domain. Our hope is in the heavens

But Paul never said any such thing. Paul said “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.”

In other words, Paul, the apostle of the Gentiles, tells you that your salvation is complete. It is all worked out and it is finished. God imputed your sins to the Lord Jesus Christ and made him to be SIN FOR US that we might be made the righteousness of God IN HIM. (2 Corinthians 5:19-21)

Christ died on the cross for ALL of your sins, past, present and future. That was over 1900 years before you and I were ever born. All of our sins were in the future when Christ died. So, if he died for one of them, he died for ALL of them. There is NOTHING you can add to that.

Romans 4:25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

So the good news to you, today, is that there is NOTHING needed for you to do except TRUST Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, nothing added. No works, no effort, no religious activites of any kind.

Salvation is free to you today. Just believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.

Study the book of Romans to Philemon and become acquainted with God’s instructions for you today in you King James Bible.

Find a pastor that preaches from the true word of God who rightly divides the word of truth and you will be in the will of God.

Seven things to avoid..

16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Look at this list.  The Lord mentions lies twice.  A lying tongue is one thing he hates.  Another thing he hates is a false witness that speaks lies. Finally, he that Soweth discord among the brethren.

Well, lies divide and they cause division because people will follow after false teachers who speak with good words and  give fair speeches.  There are teachers that tickle the ears of the hearers who speak lies and attract many followers.  All will one day stand at the judgment seat to give an account of what they did.

Starting with the truth is a good place to start to avoid lies. The truth can be found today in the King James Bible. John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Psalms 91:4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

Psalms 18:30 As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.

Zechariah 8:16 These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:

Laying a foundation before building a home is so important for the stability of that structure. When we build our faith, we need every component that God has designed for us so that our faith can withstand the elements that will cause us tribulations and trials.

2 Timothy 1:13 Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

Are you saved? Have you trusted in the payment for your sins, paid in blood by Jesus Christ on your behalf? Did you know that he died for ALL your sins? He has reconciled the world to himself. Will you believe what he did for you and be reconciled back to him? When you trust in him alone, you are sealed eternally with the Holy Spirit of promise. He will redeem you when you die and your life will be with him forever. Who would refuse an offer like that? Only those that think they can do better without him. He is our hope and our life. Let us cling to what he says and not waiver!

Taking every thought captive

What is it that we spend most of our time thinking about?  Do we spend most of our day fantasizing about a future we desire so much that we fail to work out our salvation?  Were we saved so that we could live out our desires?  The bible says that God created the earth for his pleasure first, not so that we can live any way we want to. Revelation 4:11. Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

The word of God teaches us like a counselor and gives us insight and the imagination/thoughts of God. Proverbs 2:6  “For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.” Why would we be so small to rely on our own imagination than to look into the very mind of God?  1 Corinthians 2:18  For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him?  But we have the mind of Christ.  (we have it written in the KJB).  His mind is so much greater than ours and he has thought up a future for those that are his that is beyond anything we can ever think this world has to offer. But sadly, we can choose not to let his mind in us.  That is why God tells us to “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.  Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with god:  But made himself of no reputation; and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross”  philippians 2:5 -8

Ephesians 3:21 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen

Thus, it behooves us to take all our thoughts and compare them with his word and let his word teach us about good and evil, about his plans for us, about what pleases him, and about the great LOVE he has for us to fill our hearts with unspeakable joy.

2 Corinthians 10:5  Casting down imaginations, and every hight thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.

Things that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God are things that hinder God’s work in our hearts and lives.  He can only work in us as much as we draw in his word and meditate on it. The Thessalonians believed the word of God and that is what worked in them so that they could be witnesses to the world.

For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which worketh effectually in you that believe. 2 Thessalonians

So what is it they believed?  They believed what God’s word says and as they believed it, it changed them and their behavior followed!

1 Thessalonians 1:8  For from you sounded out the word of the Lord, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith to God-ward is spread abroad; so that we not not to speak any thing.

What an accomplishment they made on God’s behalf!

We can become side tracked when we face problems.  Our own emotions can betray us and lead us into isolation and rebellion against God.  Our hurts can cause us to be angry at our loved ones and even at God.  Who do we turn to when we don’t feel God’s love or when we don’t hear his voice in relation to our pain? We can try to “make things better” and make them worse in our lives if we fail to heed God’s instruction for our lives. The Bible says we reap what we sow and this principle is still true today.

Who will counsel us better than any counselor or psychologist?  The word of God tells us this:

Thy testimonies also are my delight and my counselors Psalm 119:24

(The testimonies here are speaking about Jesus Christ)

Here is the scripture that says that the book is all about Jesus Christ.. So if we want to KNOW Him.. He who laid down his very life for us… wouldn’t we want to read it?Hebrews 10:7 Then said I (this is Jesus Christ), Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will O God.

Jesus also has the title of Counselor.

Isaiah 9:6  For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder; and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, the mighty God, the everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

I encourage you to get in the book that will teach you, counsel you, and redeem your soul if you read it and believe it.  It is more profitable than gold or silver.. or anything this world can offer.  (Believe the gospel (good news) that Christ died for all your sins and was raised for your justification (he died according to the scriptures , was buried and was raised the third day according to the scriptures) 1 Cor. 15:1-4. Trust in him alone and you will be saved Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith, and not of yourselves, it is the gift of God.  Not of works, lest any man should boast.

The gift of God is not only salvation, but it is that we are justified by the faith of Christ!

Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.  Galatians 2:16

As one who is in search of treasure, when we seek God in his word, we will find great spoil!

I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.  Psalm 119:162

Love sees no color but love sees the red blood that was shed for all.

God is no respector of persons. Period.

The Lord God created man out of the dust of the earth. 1 Corinthians 15:47. Mankind has lived under a curse since the rebellion in the garden took place and mankind chose to follow the serpent rather than their creator. Romans 5:12 Wherefor, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.
The evidence that all men sin is that all men die.

You don’t have to be a certain race to have sin.. it is genetically passed on
to ALL.

Today, there are many sins that wreak havoc on humanity. And as God is delaying his wrath, much sin seems to go unpunished. We, as humans, strive to seek justice in this world.

God created the governmental system to keep evil in check. But mankind is growing more evil as The scriptures predicted. 2 Timothy 3:12-14. Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them,

Paul warns that things will get worse as humans continue to “devolve”. We shouldn’t be surprised when we see mankind dividing up and hatred increasing. But God has not called us to divide up and align ourselves by Color or race, political party or wealth. We are called to be separate from the world system and to be under the banner of God. Our identity is called to be under the heading of Jesus Christ of whole we are the body. We belong to him and are called to live in the world as his hands and feet.

We have been given the ministry of reconciliation. God died on the cross for the sin of the world. We are called to give the message to all, regardless of their skin color or profession. Paul, the apostle was a murderer and wasn’t incapable of being saved.. and so every person we see or think about, we should pray for an opportunity to share the gospel or to see them saved.

God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself (on the cross). 2 Corinthians 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

If we understand that every man and woman is a sinner in need of a Saviour, we will not think more highly of any group but will entreat all in our humble way to show the world we are no better than anyone but that we all can have hope and love through Christ Jesus. He is our hope 2 Corinthians 1:10 10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;

Let us not get drawn into violence or hate speech. Instead Colossians 4:6 Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

Let’s have compassion on those that we know have had it harder in this life. Let’s love not just in word but in deed as well to all. Speaking words of love and walking in honesty today is harder than ever. Let’s continue to pray for the Lord’s wisdom as we walk circumspectly.🙏🏼💕❤️

Guard your heart

There are principles in the Bible regarding our hearts. The things that we focus our hearts on is where our treasure lies. And whatever we treasure becomes our master. Jesus said we cannot serve two masters.. we either serve Jesus Christ our Saviour or we serve the god of this world.

Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Luke 12:23 The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.

Matthew 16:26. For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

A lost man forgets his soul when his only focus is on worldly things.. good food, good clothing, and nice things don’t last, but life with God reaps eternal reward.

Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

We can evaluate a person’s character by what comes out of their mouths.. but mostly we can evaluate ourselves by what we speak. Do we find ourselves slipping into gossip often or putting others down so that we can look better? Do we stay in the negative and critical too often? Do we speak with respect to people in authority? Our speech is a reflection of our heart attitude.

Remember the parable of the sower and the seed. The seed which fell in the thorns was choked out. Do we allow the thorns in our lives to choke out our hunger for God?

Mark 4:18 And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word,19 And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.

In order for us to be fruitful for the Lord, we need to set our affection on things above and not on things on the earth. Colossians 3:2

Let’s fill ourselves up with the word of God and avoid putting things in front of our eyes and in our ears that do not glorify God. Let’s not have fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness and be careful what lyrics we put in our ears from the music we listen to.. the movies we watch, the videos we listen to. Let’s guard our conversations and make sure we don’t partake in ungodly conversation but be an example to the unbelievers of a higher standard. And let’s remember that what we put in must come out. If we put poison in our soul, it will reap death into our lives in one way or another.. sow good seeds of the word of God and you will reap fruit that is pleasing to God and that will give you peace in your heart.

Living a double life brings about double mindedness and as a result, a life filled with anxiety and instability. Romans 7 demonstrates this battle we all have faced. Let us move on to the truths of Romans 8 and live out our identity with confidence in the Lord and not in ourselves.

Let’s remember that the Lord will give us everything we need pertaining to godly living and though it is difficult and goes against the grain of the course of this world, the reward of having his peace and the hope we have in Christ should motivate us to seek do do the will of the Father and not to please ourselves.

Let’s keep pressing on!
Happy New Year dear friends!

To whom much is given..

Much is expected.

Although the parable below is addressed to the little flock (the chosen people of God to spread the gospel of the kingdom) who were part of the covenant program with God and had earthly promises, there is still much to be gained from reading and appreciating how God judges those with knowledge more severely than those without.
Today, we needn’t worry about the trial of fire of the tribulation of Jacob’s trouble which the little flock were promised, we do have the trial of fire of our works which Paul teaches us about in 2 Corinthians and other places as well. 1 Thessalonians5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, and 2Corinthians5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. And 1Corinthians 3:13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.
As ambassadors of Christ, we must always remember that though we are not Israel, it was through their fall that we were saved. Romans 11:11… and this, when we see the way God dealt with them, we should appreciate that God always has a just measure by which he judges his servants. We will be judged at the judgement seat of Christ and give an account for our service.
As we read Luke12, we must remember that just as God gave Israel specific instructions, they were called to be obedient to his word and will be judged according to his word given to them. They were told to sell all they had to follow him and were promised that he would take care of them. (In the dispensation of grace, we are not the little flock and we are not commanded to sell all. We are commanded by our apostle Paul to wait and be ready for the mystery catching up (rapture) and not for the second coming when God will send fire to the earth.). We are promised a house eternal in the heavens.. Israel is promised the earth, won which they are called to be a light to the nations. In Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, we learn about God’s earthly kingdom program where he will redeem the earth and where the new covenant will be implemented. Israel today is not that nation yet as they have not accepted the gospel of grace which saves today. As ambassadors of Christ, our mission is not that of Israel’s which was to preach the gospel of the kingdom which was accompanied with signs and wonders, but our mission is to see all men saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. This is the will of God for us today and we preach the gospel of 1 Corinthians 15:2-4 by which we are saved when we believe it.
Check out God’s goodness toward and judgment of Israel, who ultimately rejected him (as a nation). John1:12 (The little flock were the small remnant which did believe on him)
Luke 12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

33 Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.

34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

35 Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning;

36 And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.

37 Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them.

38 And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.

39 And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.

40 Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.

41 Then Peter said unto him, Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us, or even to all?

42 And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?

43 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

44 Of a truth I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he hath.

45 But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken;

46 The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.

47 And that servant, which knew his lord’s will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.

48 But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.

49 I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled

Get your head in the game

Philippians 2:5Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Our mind is our greatest enemy and our greatest weapon. Will we allow God to be our teacher or do we think we can succeed without him? A faithful believer knows that they are nothing in and if themselves but that the only true strength they can have is through God’s word. God’s word is our greatest weapon which when we apply it to our minds, we can become mighty soldiers for Jesus Christ.

We can’t serve God if we aren’t fueled by his words which work in us and help us to do the work of the Lord. Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. 16Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. 17And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

We don’t know how many days we have before the Lord takes us home. Let’s pursue righteousness until then and not get caught in Satan’s traps that keep us too busy to get in the word.
